How it works:

We will meet at the projects location to discuss your vision and define the Scope of Work.

Once the scope of work is established, I will provide a formal estimate based on the projects complexity and the required amount of drawings. Upon your approval to proceed, I will begin drawing the proposed floor plans using the latest CAD software. We will work together closely, reviewing multiple floor plan options to ensure the design perfectly aligns with your lifestyle. 

Following the floor plan approval, I will draft the exterior elevations. This stage allows you to visualize the home’s exterior and refine the architectural style to your preference. 

Once the elevations are finalized, I will complete the full set of construction drawings. You will receive a digital draft for final review; once approved, I will provide the finished, high-resolution house plans for your use."
